Exploring the Potential Effects of 5G Exposure on Brain Activity and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and the Influence of Quantum Upgrade

This randomized study investigated the potential influence of Quantum Upgrade on brain activity and heart rate variability (HRV) under 5G mobile phone exposure. The study utilized electroencephalography (EEG) and electrocardiography (ECG) to assess neurological and cardiovascular responses in different exposure conditions.

Study Design: Participants underwent three experimental conditions: (1) Baseline (no exposure), (2) 5G phone call using an iPhone 15 Pro, and (3) 5G phone call with Quantum Upgrade activated. Brain activity was recorded using a 256-electrode EEG system, while HRV was assessed through ECG measurements. The study analyzed key EEG frequency bands (theta, alpha, beta, gamma) and HRV parameters (SDNN, RMSSD, LF/HF ratio, and others).

Results: Findings showed that 5G exposure significantly altered EEG and HRV markers, increasing beta and gamma activity—associated with stress—while reducing alpha and theta activity, which support relaxation and cognitive balance. When Quantum Upgrade reversed these changes, restoring a more balanced neurological state. Additionally, HRV parameters improved significantly, indicating enhanced autonomic resilience and cardiovascular adaptability, suggesting a potential mitigating effect on stress-related responses induced by 5G exposure.

These results indicate that Quantum Upgrade may help maintain neurological balance and cardiovascular resilience in response to environmental stressors.
